Please follow these steps to order software licenses:

1. Click on the appropriate link below to download the order form PDF file.

- Academic customers: Qualisyst_Academic_Order_EN.pdf

2. Complete the order form and click the button "Submit by email".
When you complete your order form, please make sure to:
- Insert in the relevant order form the correct billing and delivery details.
- Check and insert the quantities for the products that you wish to order.
- Complete your delivery and payment method.
- No VAT is charged to EU-customers who provide us with their VAT-ID.
When you send your order by email, only the order data will be send in XML-format.

3. Once your order has reached Qualisyst Ltd. you will receive an email or fax notification (invoice) confirming your order details and containing payment instructions.

4. Unless otherwise agreed, a full advance payment shall be due at the time of the receiving of the confirmation for your order. When your payment has been received we will send you another email to confirm that your order will now be processed and advise you of estimated availability and delivery times.

5. Payments after delivery (net 7 days from invoice date) are supported for existing clients, established firms, public or government organizations, schools, universities and institutions only.

6. Online and card payments
All online and credit or debit card payments are processed through the secure payment service providers PayPal or Moneybookers. Therefore you don’t need to share your card details with Qualisyst Ltd.
